Hello, I’m Larry, an Air Force veteran and former Law Enforcement Officer with the Manatee County Sheriff's Office. I am a self-taught cook who has always had a dream of owning a restaurant or food truck, fueled by my passion for preparing fresh, flavorful dishes. Now, I am thrilled to embark on this culinary journey alongside my daughter, Tiegan, who has years of experience in the restaurant industry and currently serves as the manager of a local establishment. Together, we aim to create a food truck that not only showcases our love for cooking but also brings our community together through delicious meals.
